This blog has been a labor of love for me, something I&#8217;d been planning long before I put up my first post. And I&#8217;m happy to be able to share all this content with you.<\/p>\n<p>There&#8217;s been a lot of ups and downs just in these past months, and I&#8217;ve certainly learned a lot about blogging. But I feel it&#8217;s time to shift gears a bit.<\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;ve been following along, you&#8217;ve doubtless noticed that this isn&#8217;t a run-of-the-mill health site. Yes, I like to provide lots of actionable tips for nutrition, cooking, and exercise, but I also like to dig a little deeper and approach health from a more holistic perspective. You can learn how to deadlift here, roast a chicken, and improve your body language as well. To me, it&#8217;s all the same ball of wax.<\/p>\n<p>The past few months I&#8217;ve given you a lot of practical ideas on how to get the most out of a minimal amount of time, energy, and money investment when it comes to health, fitness, and wellness. But I realize that I am lacking the &#8220;why,&#8221; the foundation upon which we build this whole thing.<\/p>\n<p>The next few weeks&#8217; posts are gonna be a bit &#8220;out there&#8221; compared to what I&#8217;ve published so far, so brace yourself. I&#8217;m gonna lay down the whole philosophy behind LMVM, the reasons why I think it&#8217;s important to get your health in order, and I&#8217;m gonna bring out the big guns, pulling in a lot of stuff I&#8217;ve learned over the years from fields as vast as biology and psychology.<\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;ve been enjoying everything so far, don&#8217;t worry! I have plenty of awesome practical advice to lay down in the near future, but I feel like I need to take a while to let you all know why this stuff is so damned important in the first place.
